Can I pay the deposit with my card?
Yes.
We offer a secure card payment option so you can easily pay your deposit online. Once your deposit is paid, your charter date is officially reserved
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is paid on the day of the charter at the dock.
What is included in the charter price?
our charter price includes everything listed below — no hidden fees:

Is there a guest limit?
Yes.
⚠️ Groups of more than 13 guests must reserve an additional boat in compliance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations. This rule is strictly enforced for safety and legal reasons.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable.
However, if unsafe weather conditions occur — such as:
Severe storms
Strong winds
Heavy rain
Lightning
Your deposit will be held and applied to a new date of your choice.
🚫 Cloudy skies or light rain do not qualify as unsafe weather.
What time does the charter start?
You choose your pick-up time, and the charter begins exactly at that time as stated in your signed agreement.
Please arrive on time, as late arrivals do not extend the charter duration.
How is the captain paid?
The captain is paid at the dock on the day of the charter.
Gratuity is not included
Tips are always appreciated (customary 10%)
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
🍾 Yes!
Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages onboard.
Where does the charter go?
The charter begins at a marina located on the Miami River and includes a full cruise along the river.
You may choose to:
Cruise the Miami River and Biscayne Bay
Exit the river and anchor at Hobie Beach or Marine Stadium
Visit Star Island
(Please note: loud music is not permitted in this area)
Can we stop at a restaurant?
Yes.
You may stop at any restaurant along the Miami River.
🍽️ Docking fees are charged directly by the restaurant and are not included in the charter price.
