Deposit Amounts
- Yachts over 45 ft: $700 deposit
- Less than 45 ft : $400 deposit
How the Deposit Works
- A deposit is required to secure your reservation
- The remaining balance is paid on the day of the charter
- Clients can pay the deposit by Zelle Venmo Cash App or Apple Cash. we don’t have tap.
Deposit Policy & Weather Conditions
Deposits are non-refundable.
However, in the event of unsafe weather conditions 🌩️ (severe storms, strong winds, heavy rain, or lightning), your deposit will be held and applied to a new date of your choice. Cloudy skies or light rain do not qualify.
Guest Capacity & Safety Regulations:
⚠️ Important: Groups of more than 13 guests must reserve an additional boat in accordance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations.

Charter Time & Payment
🕒 You choose your pick-up time — the charter time begins exactly as stated in your signed agreement.
💵 The captain is paid at the dock.
Gratuity is not included but is always appreciated (customarily 10%).
🍾 Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks onboard.
Where the Charter Goes (Route Information)
The charter starts at a marina located on the Miami River. During the experience, you’ll enjoy a full cruise along the Miami River.
You may also choose to stop at any restaurant along the Miami River.
In this case, an additional dock fee will apply and is charged directly by the restaurant.

Exit the river and anchor at Hobie Beach or Marine Stadium
